Ordering
Due to the many variations in preferences and options, etc, we prefer that orders be placed by phone by calling (478) 256-7766. This gives us the chance to get to know you and learn more about your goals so that we can help guide you towards the products that best suit your needs. You may also mail in your order to the following address: Super Six Motorsports, 100 Forest Pointe, Warner Robins, GA 31088. ***Please note that no orders will be processed or shipped without complete and full payment or until personal checks are cleared.***

Gift Certificates
Super Six Gift Certificates are available year round for any amount and may be used towards any purchase. There is no return on Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates may not be turned in for "cash". Entire Gift Certificate must be used toward purchase, change is not given.

Shipping
Super Six Motorsports utilizes UPS or FedEx for all mail order shipments. Depending on weight and size, products such as engines or shortblocks will be shipped by truck freight to a local terminal.

Returns and Cancellations
Returns must be insured and the freight must be prepaid. We cannot accept any items shipped C.O.D. All returns must include a copy of the original receipt and must be in the same condition they were shipped in. Merchandise can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, for a refund, credit, or exchange only after a return authorization or cancellation has been approved. Merchandise may not be returned after 7 days. No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed on "special order or custom" items such as PowerPaks, ported cylinder heads or intakes, custom ground cams, custom pistons, shortblocks, engines, or Gift Certificates. ALL RETURNS OR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! All returned checks carry a $500.00 penalty and will place your name on the no-checks list.

Abandonment / Work Stoppage Request
When ordering parts or shipping parts to Super Six Motorsports for custom work which includes, porting, polishing, or other such work, you may request that the work not be started within 36 hrs of our receiving the order or the parts. If, after that time, you have not requested that work not be started we will begin to work your parts and the parts become collateral for payment of work done on the parts.****Once we start working, the parts are considered collateral on the finished job and will not be shipped without full payment.****Parts left with Super Six Motorsports over 30 days after completion of the desired work, without prior arrangements with the management of Super Six, will constitute abandonment and the parts will then be sold. Any partial payments or deposits will be considered as non-refundable.

Damage Claims
We take all necessary precautions to ensure that all orders are packaged properly and that you receive them in good condition. Please inspect your order completely while the delivery driver is present and have him/her note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. *** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT or SHIPPING DAMAGES. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO US***. The carrier will take all necessary steps to settle the claim.

Refused Shipments
The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused. ALL REFUSED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!!

Back Orders
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order unless you indicate that a refund or exchange should be made. All shipping charges are charged on the initial order. Back ordered items are usually shipped within 30 days, however, availability can change at any time and Super Six Motorsports reserves the right to cancel any back order and issue a refund or a credit, whichever you prefer.

Product Warranties
All products not produced by Super Six Motorsports are covered by the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Due to the nature of many performance products, some manufacturers do not offer any type of product warranty. Please call the manufacturer for warranty information on specific brands. Intakes, heads, intakes, cams, engines, etc and any other remanufactured or high performance parts produced are done so via core exchange and thus hold no warranty. Super Six Motorsports shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase of or use of any of our products or merchandise. Super Six Motorsports makes no implied or express guarantees regarding emission performance or the effect of our products on your emission performance. As such, our products are intended for high performance application and are not certified as emissions legal. While our products have been dyno tested to the best of our abilities, there are many reasons why actual results may vary. Nevertheless, the dyno results are typical of what can be expected on individual cars with similar setups.
